The sleeve is in excellent condition. The record liner sleeve is a bit wrinkled and scuffed but it's the one that came with it so I left it. The vinyl is in great condition, too.

" features offset cover art from Jean Michel Basquiat, "who immortalized the work by integrating his fingerprint into the original piece (says Gray Co-founder Michael Holman). The record also includes previously lost original sound recordings featuring Basquiats music and voice. This piece is hand-signed by fellow Gray members & Basquiat collaborators Nick Taylor and Michael Holman.
