This was signed by the'classic 9' at the Soma show in San Diego in May 2004. If you know your slipknot history, you know that the irony is the classic 9 was not the lineup featured on Slipknot's debut album. This is not an official pressing of the album, as Paul even stated "we never put that to vinyl" right before he signed it.

This was obtained in my early years of autograph hunting, before I figured out common-sense skills of keeping a vinyl cover in good shape while trying to get things signed at a metal show. The cover has bangs, creases, seam splits and dinged corners. Some of the autographs are signed in black sharpie on a dark background which make them difficult to see in the wrong type of light. There are smears on some of the silver signatures, and the silver pen dried out during the process.
