Vinyl is in VG+ condition showing just very slightest surface wear and playing very nicely throughout with just very slightest and very most occasional surface noise (really almost none) in protective anti-static inner sleeves. Original 14-page descriptive booklet, poster and Dr. Demento Fan Club insert included in VG+ condition.
